Calc the weights you should use for the 13-week Smolov and 3-week Jr. protocols.

No more fiddling with spreadsheets and print outs at the gym. This app calculates the weights you should use, based on your one rep max, for the 3-week Smolov Jr. and 13-week Full Smolov Squat protocols. The app also makes it easy to keep track of where you are in the cycle. This Russian squat cycle has also been used by many for other lifts such as the bench press, shoulder press and deadlift with big jumps in strength. Smolov isnt for new lifters, but if you have some experience under your belt (like with 5/3/1, starting strength, 20 squat, etc.), then this may be a great lifting protocol for you.- Added New Rep Max after Week 8 in Full Smolov.

Used to function when it was free. Doesn't let you apply decimal points so you have to put in a 2kg increase instead of 2.5kg which is easy to get confused by.

Why i can't see what units this app uses? pound or kilogram and why I can't set stuff like that myself?

good for keeping track but the app itself does not work well. I cannot change the increments at all and does not round the weight. The minimim increments I can do is 5 and it insists on 2.5. An update to fix this would be great. I had this app on my iphone and it worked perfectly. On android not so much.

Rebecca Borrego

Stupid app doesn't round up or down to whole numbers anymore. It used to. Idk why the hell you'd change that, or, at the VERY LEAST, let it be an option again.

I'm a female powerlifter in 84kg wt class. Improved my squat from 275 to 315 in the first half of the protocol, however it seems that sets/reps aren't consistent from the overview to the individual lift when selected. It appears they are flipped.

Gets the job done

The previous version I had allowed me to make individual "files" with a start date. I liked being able to run 2 smolovs at the same time. I could have one for squat and one for bench. Now I get one only. :( bummer

You can't seem to put in 2.5 it has to be a whole number. Quite annoying

As long as you have some sort of experience with weightlifting this routine will be fine. Stretching every day makes hitting the rack back to back much easier. As for all the "needs days of the week" complaints, theyre making it more complicated than it is. If theres 4 days a week, find 4 days youre comfortable with and stick to it.

Ben Diesel

I understand you want to be flexible but its extremely annoying that i have to go online to find out what days to lift on. The program is designed to lift on certain days of the week. Having day 1 2 3 and 4 is pointless. Will be refunding the purchase.
